We guarantee recycled pellet quality in 6 key steps: strict raw‑material sorting, multi‑mesh melt filtration, stable extrusion temperature & speed control, visual check and lab sampling test for each batch, batch traceability, and moisture‑proof storage. Main test items include MFI, moisture, ash content and impurity level.

How do you handle spare parts replacement globally?

We handle global spare‑parts replacement as below.
We stock main consumable spare parts. Spare parts can be shipped by express or sea freight worldwide.
Under warranty: spare parts are free of charge, freight to be discussed.
Out of warranty: we will quote spare‑part price for your confirmation before shipment.
